| The
farm "Monte Nieddu" owened by Bruno Falconi, can be
found in the countryside near Olzai (Nu). It is a dairy farm,
producing cheese in the traditional Sardinian way. The production
follows the most ancient method (sarda barbaricina), with the
experience of over 30 years in dairy farms and the production
of dairy products. |

farm's produce is made using only the production of it's
own livestock. Since 1993 the farm's flock has been raised
organically
